Looks like it’s coming down to one of three likely outcomes. For sanity’s sake, anything with rules or costs more prohibitive than #3 will utterly suck-suck-suck.

1. Commercial amenity.
2. Monopolistic atrocity.
3. Home-grown goodness. (meraki was first in the city, but fon, is on board now, too.)
